So, for my music-industry-loving friend, I made a new cake recipe and a new frosting besides buttercream! I really hated the Wilton chocolate buttercream recipe, so I found this AWESOME marshmallow chocolate frosting. Oh man is it good. It tastes like a melted s'more without the graham crackers. DANG good. Both layers of this cake were also baked into a melted brown sugar bottom which made it very moist. The inside of the two layers is a sweetened cream. YUMMY! Happy Birthday, Erin!
