My First Ice Cream Cake

I made an ice cream cake for Scarlet's birthday! It was so fun. I mixed vanilla ice cream with oreos and put it in the middle of two layers of chocolate cake. I covered it with a melty chocolate icing. It was yummy, but the cake wasn't as moist as usual because it was kind of frozen. I'd like to figure out how to fix that! But I had a good time with it!

Happy Birthday to My Mom!

I whipped this up in the small amount of time that I had during my mom's birthday. It was a yummy chocolate cake with a whipping cream center and marshmallow chocolate frosting on top.

Tessa's Birthday Cake!

I made Tessa a chocolate birthday cake with regular buttercream icing. Love her!

Lisa's Baby Shower Cake!

This is a white cake with a french vanilla pudding filling and regular buttercream icing. I dyed the actual cake so that one whole side was pink and one side was blue. For a baby shower game, the mom-to-be cut into the cake to find out if she's having a boy or girl! The cake predicted boy. It was fun!

Scarlet's Baby Shower Cake

I made this shiny little beauty for my good friend's baby shower. I love the little baby booties on it! So fun! I wrote on the sides "BABY" and "BOY!" The inside is just funfetti with cream cheese frosting filling.

Transformers Cake!

I had a blast making this cute birthday cake! It is a white cake with a cream cheese filling that was dyed bright blue just like the outside frosting. The little buildings were made from chocolate cupcakes, cut into building shapes. This was my first time attempting red frosting and I felt very happy with the result! I love how the red adds a little flare to the whole look of the cake. Also, it was fun to add figurines to a cake. Action scene!

Three-Tiered Bridal Shower Cake

This cake was all chocolate, per request of the bride, with a chocolate pudding filling. The icing was my own buttercream, with a spritz of shimmer. I had a good time doing my first square tiered cake! I am really a fan of ribbon on my cakes. It adds a nice touch, and these girls always have a great taste in color! And one of my favorite parts of this cake was writing the names of the bride and groom on the 2nd tier. Fun!
