Castle Cake
Every princess needs a castle! I made this beauty out of a 10-inch square pan and 8-inch circle pans. It was my special white cake with cream cheese filling, and delicious buttercream frosting. I had so much fun and I acquired a few new clients, which is always fun!
Twin Princesses!
Our neighbors, who are little blonde twin girls, turned 3 this week! Brooklyn's favorite princess is Cinderella. And Lauren's favorite is Tiana. I am sorry but that is just hilarious. When she saw her cake, her mom asked, "Who is that?" And she replied, "Me!" So so cute. I made them a princess castle cake and then these small 5-inch round cakes.

Vanilla Bean Frosting Wedding Cake
This baby blue cutie was by far the most challenging cake I've ever done. The issues were 1) It was a wedding cake, thus I require perfection. And 2) It was so extremely simple of a design that imperfections are extremely apparent. Had a few mishaps along the way, almost putting me in tears. But as you can see, the cake matched the wedding scheme and the couple was happy! The cake was my normal wedding cake - white cake with cream cheese filling and fresh raspberries. But, this time the frosting on the outside was vanilla bean. I recieved an enormous amount of compliments and also learned a lot!

My son's Hockey Cake!
My sweet little Caleb is THREE!!! For his birthday party I made a two layer yellow cake. I added blue dye to it so on the inside it was marble, blue and yellow, like the Predator's colors! He really loved his cake!
