Happy Birthday Niki!

I made this for my great friend who is probably the biggest BYU football and other sports fan I know. She really liked it! I made the football, trying to tint buttercream with brown coloring, and I got impatient so I added cocoa to it and turned it to chocolate buttercream. The cake is white with buttercream frosting! Yum! My son had a blue mouth all day while I made this!

Welcome, Baby Roberson!

This cake is my white cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh raspberry filling, and buttercream icing on the outside. I copied their cute invite for colors and had a great time making the little pacifier and bow out of fondant and gum paste!

Fire Truck Birthday!

This beauty is a ginormous fire truck cake for little Wesley! It is my regular white cake with cream cheese icing filling and buttercream frosting. I had a blast making this! Oh, and the wheels are Oreo's.
