I made Blake's favorite cake, a white cake with a cream cheese and fresh raspberry filling, with buttercream frosting. I tried to make the top look like a Diploma, but it kinda sucks. My bad, I needed to practice, but I did it in a hurry because it was for a surprise party for Blake.
I made this a cake for my friend's baby shower to look like 4 little baby books stacked on each other. If I do this type of cake again, I will stack the books so that they are barely over the edge of each other. It made the cakes sag a little and looked not so much like stiff books. The cake was chocolate with buttercream icing.
