I think one of my biggest cake fans is Chris, my best friend's husband. He asked me to make him a cake while I was in Utah for his brother-in-law's birthday. His brother-in-law LOVES Batman, so the theme of the cake was easy to pick! I did my favorite white cake with a cream cheese frosting filling. The icing is homemade buttercream and store-bought dark chocolate for the black. I had a blast making it, even without all my fancy tools!
